Campbell's Chocolate Self-Saucing Pudding

Description
This is one way to melt a ladies heart!
Ingredients
2 cups Self Raising Flour
1 cup Caster Sugar
3 tbs cocoa
1 tbs Butter
1 cup Milk
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 cups water
Method
Sift together the flour, caster sugar and 2 table spoons of cocoa and place into an oven ready dish.
Melt the butter with a splash of milk and combine with the dry ingredients.
Add the rest of the milk.
Boil the water.
Combine 1 table spoon of cocoa and brown sugar and sprinkle over the mixture.
Pour the boiled water over the mixture.
Place in a 190 degree pre-heated oven for 45 minutes.
