Oven Bake Salmon with Fennal
Description
A light and tasty dish.
Ingredients
1 Salmon fillet
1 fennal
2 garlic
25 g ginger
vietnamese mint
Thyme
1 lemon rind
0.5 lemon juice
olive oil
Pepper
Salt
Method
Roll and and double over a large price of foil. Enough to wrap around the salmon fillet.
Slice the fennel in half and slice up.
Lay the fennel down on the foil and place the chopped up garlic on the top.
Place the salmon fillet on top of the bed of fennel.
Chop up the ginger and scatter over the fish.
Chop up the herbs and do the same.
Grate the rind of the lemon over the fish.
Squeeze the lemon over the fish and give a good splash of olive oil.
Wrap up the foil and seal up the fish good. Then cook in the oven 200 degrees for around 20 minutes.
