Breakfast cure for a Hangover

From experience living in shared houses back in the 70's or when down the coast you had very little to work with in the way of ingredients and only a open fire this worked a treat. But as I got older my whole family loved it as it is filling,tasty,quick and full of Fibre

Ingredients

Clear

400 g Baked beans large can

1 cup Bacon or ham, cubed

2 Tomatoes ripe, diced

1 cup Onion white/Red

1 tbs olive oil or Butter

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Tabasco to taste or use chilli if heat is desired

Method

Prepare all ingredients so they are ready at hand.
Heat oil or butter in deep fry pan or pot.
Fry Onions with Bacon or Ham ( Substitute Fried Bean curd or Bell peppers for the vegetarians), maybe add some garlic cook till translucent
Add the Tomatoes and simmer 1 minute
Pour in the beans and seasoning to taste Salt/Pepper/Chilli/Tabasco as desired.
Toast the bread and then butter (Cut into soldiers if you wish,as they are good for dipping).
By this time your Breaky is ready.
Serve on a plate or bowl as desired and please enjoy.

Have heard a Bloody Mary adds to the recovery but suggest a hot Tea would be better.
